Our Team

Will Dadouris
Founder and CEO
Will Dadouris is the founder of ReLax Collections. Will started ReLax at the age of 14 with the help of his friends and family. He has received numerous awards for his work including being a US Lacrosse Keeper of Lacrosse and is a US Founders Circle Award recipient. Will is a graduate of Moravian College with a major in Biology with a minor in Business and Economics. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Dentistry at Rutgers.

Kaitlyn Sleyster
Executive Director
Kaitlyn Sleyster was classmates with Will Dadouris for 8 years. When ReLax Collections was started Kaitlyn joined the team to help expand their mission. Kaitlyn has been consistently recognized for her leadership and service to others. She a graduate Babson College with a Major in Business and Entrepreneurship. Kaitlyn is currently pursuing her Masters at University College London.

Jim Dadouris
Advisor and Manager of Online Sales
Jim Dadouris has been involved in the lacrosse world for over a decade and was essential in the development of ReLax from the start. Jim currently serves on the advisory board for ReLax, as well as the manager for online sales.

Brendan Butler
Director of Northern Logistics
Brendan Butler played lacrosse for Marywood University and graduated with Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing. After graduating, Brendan returned to his high school in Mount Olive, NJ, and began his coaching career. Brendan has worked with Jersey Thunder Lacrosse at various camps and clinics in North Jersey and he is currently an assistant coach at Drew University.
Max Towers
Director of Summer Engagement
Max Towers played lacrosse for Salisbury University in 2017-2018 before switching majors and transferring to Moravian College, where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience and a Minor in Philosophy. Max has coached for northern VA high-school and club lacrosse teams throughout college, and continues to do so while in graduate school.
